Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Senior Account Manager to join our team at TN Poland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure sales team members are meeting their targets.
Requirements
  • Native Polish language speaker.
  • Fluency in English language, C1/C2 level or higher.
  • Polish market sales previous experience is a must.
  • Min 3 years of sales experience in BPO or IT sector.
  • Previous experience in BPO is a must.
  • CEEMarket previous experience will be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Previous experience in software sales/SaaS/Tech sales will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Success record - multi-million contracts for both new business and existing projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
