We are seeking a highly motivated Business Renewal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and increasing product usage and overall adoption.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor and track subscription and contract renewal dates to ensure timely follow-up and negotiation with customers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing teams to align on account strategies and objectives.
- Work with the legal team to negotiate contracts and agreements that meet customer needs.
- Manage all aspects of the contract renewal process, including quoting, negotiated paperwork, customer PO/approval process, and follow-up on late payments.
- Up to 3 years of experience working with customers in a similar role.
- Fluent English language skills are essential, with German language proficiency being a plus.
- Strong client-focused attitude, excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Self-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
