About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, leveraging value-based sales approaches and techniques
- You will be responsible for managing qualified SMB leads (companies with 11-200 employees) from initial engagement through contract generation and delivery of other critical closing materials across our diverse portfolio of products
- You will conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our solution can address these needs, performing product demos, facilitating events, and implementing targeted initiatives to evaluate PandaDoc's suitability for each prospect's use case
- Your goal will be to progress buyers through the sales stages, manage a clean pipeline, and maintain or exceed activity, pipeline, and closing metrics at set targets
- Fluency in German
- 3+ years of direct sales experience selling B2B applications/solutions, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes
- Previous experience accurately tracking and forecasting pipeline performance using a CRM system
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding environment and possess a competitive spirit
