Role Summary

As a Senior Product Manager at Sandoz, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance the market position of our assigned products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing promotional strategies for assigned products to maximize market position and share.
  • Executing product strategies across Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Wholesalers, Pharmacies, and Market Access.
  • Delivering best-in-class campaigns & assets based on category insights & customer understanding.
  • Monitoring business performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective actions as required.
  • Optimizing channel/promotional mix for managed products through resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Creating annual and long-term sales plans and verifying their accuracy.
  • Supervising and implementing cross-BU projects.
  • Managing assigned responsibilities.
  • Acting as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm internally and with external customers and agencies.
  • Collaborating with Regional Managers, Medical Representatives, and other departments for joint field visits to achieve planned objectives.
  • Training the Sales Force.
  • Ongoing cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders.
