Job Overview
D-R-O Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., a dynamic fast-growing company, is seeking an experienced Key Account Business Developer to join our professional team.
The ideal candidate will have a creative business mindset and be fluent in English, with additional knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, or German being an asset.
We are looking for someone who can actively acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with them, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop key accounts in the European market.
- Better understand customer needs and tailor our commercial offer accordingly.
- Analyze the competition and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Conduct sales plans and strategies to achieve business goals.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build trust with customers.
- High initiative, commitment, and determination to drive business growth.
- Good organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
