Job Overview:

Smith & Nephew is seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the support and delivery of our Application Management Systems (AMS) in the European time zone. As part of our leadership team, you will ensure seamless operations, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day support operations from internal teams and 3rd party vendors, including incident management, change management, and risk management.
  • Provide full-range support from break/fix to systems performance and administration.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and user experience through proactive behavior and excellent service delivery.
  • Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and InfoSec activities, including SOX and Controls, and support audit activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Service Delivery Manager with hands-on experience with AMS provider support models.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple full implementation cycles of AMS globally.
  • Competent in Manufacturing & Quality Regulatory Affairs (QRA) business processes.
  • Skilled in leadership, communication, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Experienced in information systems, applications, including Quality and Regulatory systems, Manufacturing systems, ITSM systems, and project management, preferably in regulated life science industry.
  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams across different locations.
