Customer Service and Stock Management Expert

Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Stock Management Expert to join our team in Katowice. As a Senior Process Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient stock management processes.
Purpose of the Job:
To deliver outstanding customer service, adhere to business strategies, and ensure the relationship with external and internal customers for the order-to-cash process. This includes resolving any issues to achieve service and receivables objectives, ensuring efficiency and high standards of operations, and effectively allocating available stock to customer orders.
Responsibilities:
- Secure first-time right by mitigating potential risks and ensuring proper stock allocation.
- Manage daily proactive risk management and related risk mitigation activities.
- Manage and validate relevant stock allocation actions.
- Collaborate with Integrated Planning Pillar, Key Account Managers, and Logistics to secure the right stock at the right time.
- Ensure correct delivery note creation and interface to the warehouse.
- Perform and validate relevant stock allocation activities.
- Order confirmation and delivery note creation.
- Collaborate with other functions on stock management-related questions and improvements.
- Provide requested services to customers via email and phone.
- Support Order Management and Claims Management processes.
- Lead the Continuous Improvement agenda for served customers.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to address customer queries and respond in a timely manner.
Qualifications We Seek:

- Good MS Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of SAP Customer Facing related transactions and workflows.
- Good knowledge of financial controls related to Customer Facing processes.
- Deep knowledge of SAP and Pega systems.
- Ability to work with various IT applications.
- Strong analytical skills, including analysis of complex data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with internal customers.
- Fluent Swedish and English, any additional Nordics (Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) will be a plus.
- Customer service orientation.
- Very good presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- University Graduate (min. Bachelor).
- Required experience in Customer Facing area.
