Technical Integration Support Representative

SmartRecruiters is a leading provider of recruiting software solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Technical Integration Support Representative to join our team. This role involves working with customers daily to resolve technical issues, consult on changes, and improve system integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting integration bugs, implementing code fixes, and configuration changes. This is a rewarding role that allows you to work closely with clients while enhancing your technical skills.

  • Triage incoming cases and manage the queue effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer support via email and occasional video calls.
  • Implement code fixes using low-code middleware platforms.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure requests are fully understood and clarified as needed.
  • Track all customer requests and ensure they're resolved within given SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes that promote best practices.
  • Provide technical support and advice to other team members when possible.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

This position requires strong technical skills, including:

  • Prior experience in SaaS (ideally HRIS Systems).
  • Technical proficiency in HTTP, REST APIs, Postman/Swagger.
  • A solid understanding of coding principles, despite no-code automation tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of SmartRecruiters and its automation platforms Workato and Jitterbit.
  • Strong understanding of SmartRecruiters' integration capabilities, including APIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking.
