Job Title: Compensation and HR Data Specialist

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Warsaw

Work Pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Department: Reward

Reporting to: Reward and Carried Interest, Associate Director (London)

Job Summary

This role provides an opportunity to elevate your career in Human Resources in a global HR team that values your analytical prowess and expertise in the Workday HR system. As a pivotal member of the Reward team, you will be instrumental in harnessing data to inform strategic decision-making, optimising HR processes, and contributing to the overall success of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Reward team in evolving the company's capabilities to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Prepare annual benchmarking submissions and analyse benchmarking data as necessary.
  • Ensure accuracy and validity of reward data.
  • Support the redesign of the end-to-end compensation review process, including working with Finance on salary budgets and bonus accruals.
  • Support payroll in processing salary/bonus/deferral payments and letters.
  • Create and maintain data and calculation templates for tax and global mobility.
  • Support the preparation of governance papers for RemCo and Board as required.

Requirements

You will have demonstrable experience in HR Reporting & Analytics, proficiency in data manipulation, modelling, and interpretation, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, knowledge of Workday and PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills.
