Head of SalesMiejsce pracy: Poznań
Kluczowe obowiązki:
- Współtworzenie strategii rozwoju firmy, w tym aktywny udział w tworzeniu planów długoterminowych
- Kształtowanie i doskonalenie działań komercyjnych firmy, między innymi poprzez podejmowanie inicjatyw na rzecz rozwoju sprzedaży
- Rozwijanie segmentów B2B na rynkach lokalnych i międzynarodowych (m.in. Wholesale, HoReCa, Construction)
- Udział w opracowaniu rocznego budżetu, tworzenie planów sprzedaży
- Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategicznych planów sprzedaży, aby zwiększyć przychody i osiągnąć cele sprzedażowe firmy
- Analiza trendów rynkowych, danych sprzedażowych i zachowań konsumentów w celu identyfikacji możliwości wzrostu i optymalizacji oferty
- Budowanie trwałych, długoterminowych relacji z kluczowymi klientami biznesowymi
- Wyznaczanie i kontrola realizacji celów sprzedażowych zespołu
- Monitorowanie, analiza i raportowanie wyników sprzedaży oraz innych kluczowych wskaźników efektywności (KPIs)
- Wyznaczanie kierunków rozwoju oferty i nadzór prac nad jej rozwojem, w tym odkrywanie luk w portfolio produktowym względem oczekiwań klientów i oferty konkurencji
- Ocena i optymalizacja prowadzonej polityki cenowej uwzględniającej cele finansowe, marżowość produktów, portfolio produktowe i analizę konkurencji
- Budowanie, rozwijanie potencjału, motywowanie, szkolenie i zarządzanie podległym zespołem, w tym określanie celów, monitorowanie postępów i rozwijanie kompetencji i umiejętności pracowników
Oczekiwania:
- Realizacja celów w zakresie sprzedaży B2B
- Optymalizacja i kontrola kosztów i wydatków inwestycyjnych w obszarze komercyjnym
- Doświadczenie w branży e-commerce
- Wiedza w zakresie organizacji i zarządzania obszarem sprzedaż
- Zdolność do analizowania danych sprzedażowych
- Znajomość strategii i narzędzi marketingu cyfrowego
- Zrozumienie procesów zakupowych offline i online, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem specyfiki B2B
- Umiejętności lidera, zdolność do motywowania zespołu i kierowania nim w celu osiągnięcia celów biznesowych
- Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego
- Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, odpowiedzialność, terminowość i rzetelność
