The Job
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues and you will be responsible for the following:
- Dealing with German-speaking customers via chat and e-mail
- Provision of information regarding order and delivery status
- Dealing with customer problems and complaints
- Provision of high-quality customer service
- Liaising with other company departments to resolve customer problems
- Reviewing reported problems within agreed lead times and quality standards
- Maintaining professionalism and a positive approach when dealing with customers
The Profile
- Knowledge of German at a strong B2 or C1 level English at a communicative level for internal communication and operation of systems
- Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in telephone customer service or similar work experience.
- Excellent computer and MS Office skills
