Summary of the Role

The Account Partner will represent Veeva Development Cloud and Quality Solutions for selected CDMO and Generic Pharma companies.

This individual will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and offering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
  2. Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working
  3. Serve as a custodian for customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
  4. Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  5. Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
  6. Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
  7. Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
Requirements
  1. 5+ years combined experience in sales, account management, and consulting services
  2. 3+ years of account management experience in the Life Science industry
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  4. Enterprise Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
  5. Strategic account planning and execution skills
  6. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  7. Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
  8. Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  9. Possess a passion for solving customer business problems
  10. A team-first mentality
  11. Business-level fluency in Polish and English
