The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a talented individual with:
- Native Polish language skills and fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
- Proven sales experience in the Polish market (min 3+ years)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic account visions and strategies
- Proposing BPO services to prospective clients
- Leading cross-functional meetings to review information and prepare proposals
- Negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth
