The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a talented individual with:

  • Native Polish language skills and fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
  • Proven sales experience in the Polish market (min 3+ years)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic account visions and strategies
  • Proposing BPO services to prospective clients
  • Leading cross-functional meetings to review information and prepare proposals
  • Negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth
