Advanced Analytics Account Manager
This role supports new and existing clients in the field of Advanced Analytics to achieve revenue, profit, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
The successful candidate will proactively search for new clients and opportunities on the market, focusing on FMCG but also other industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess client needs and offer solutions related to Advanced Analytics to achieve sales targets.
- Propose and execute business development activities to achieve financial and commercial objectives.
- Support clients through answering their concerns and questions and providing consultancy work.
- Execute the Advanced Analytics business plan and search for market opportunities, make suggestions for improvement, and gather client requirements from commercial teams.
- Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for respective markets.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge related to Advanced Analytics tools and services.
- Use Nielsen processes and tools to provide proactive analysis for customers, make recommendations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with other departments in NielsenIQ.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales roles.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and logic skills.
- Excellent ability for market and category analysis.
- Broad industry knowledge.
- Competent negotiator with good influencing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
- Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or related area (Master's degree would be an advantage).
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish is required.
