About Us

Amadeus, a leading technology company in the travel industry, is seeking an experienced Service Account Manager to join our Customer Operations team.

This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and possess a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for strategic customers, coordinating internal teams to resolve issues and meet their needs.
  • Regularly review and follow up on customer support requirements, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various Amadeus departments to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Develop and implement customized service solutions to meet customer needs.
