Salary
We offer a competitive salary of 40,000 - 50,000 PLN per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
About the Role
">- Daily interaction with German-speaking customers via phone and email to resolve queries and provide product information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Analyze and determine the validity of customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
Requirements
