Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Renewals Specialist to join our team at MicroStrategy Incorporated. This role will be responsible for managing the contract renewal process, ensuring seamless customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track subscription and contract renewal dates to ensure timely communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing, to align on account strategies and objectives.
  • Negotiate renewal terms and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate renewal forecasts to inform business planning and revenue goals.
  • Implement strategies to defend against customer churn rates and foster a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and SaaS product knowledge to drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Up to 3 years of experience working with customers, with a focus on renewal and contract management.
  • Fluent English is a must, with any additional language being a plus.
  • Client-focused attitude, with excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
  • Previous direct experience and demonstrated comfort in interacting with Senior Management will be a plus.
  • Self-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
Additional Information

The recruitment process includes online assessments as a first step. Available to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week.
