What's Exciting About the Role

Join our team as a Technical Support Intern and dive into the world of technical support, working closely with cutting-edge technologies and innovation. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate directly with corporate Engineering and R&D teams, making a real impact on product development and improvement.

As a Technical Support Intern, you'll engage in hands-on problem-solving experiences, applying your programming and analytical skills in a dynamic environment. You'll refine your communication skills through documenting and reporting critical issues, and grow your technical expertise in a rewarding tech career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with customer technical accounts and delivery of technical support services
  • Help with root cause analysis, problem identification, and replication in the lab environment
  • Coordinate incident resolutions with corporate Engineering and R&D teams, supporting workaround preparation, and similar
  • Document descriptions of problems, investigation findings, testing carried out, and solutions, in the issue management system
  • Report new or recurring problems to design departments
About You
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Science, or related field
  • Fluent communication in English and Polish
  • Understanding of C++/Java/Python/Bash/Linux/Android programming
  • Understanding of practical cryptography will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, focus on quality and timely delivery, openness for learning new technologies
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
