Diebold Nixdorf, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our reception area, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and handle various administrative tasks daily.
Job Description:
- Manage the reception desk, ensuring seamless communication with guests, customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Support the conference area by preparing meeting rooms, equipment, and maintaining the meeting calendar.
- Provide administrative support for defined processes, including accounts payable, invoicing, travel expenses, and document flow.
- Operate the telephone switchboard and company email box, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with suppliers to procure office goods and services.
- Ensure the proper handling of sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, organize workload, and work independently.
- One year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Administrative Services.
- Excellent business skills in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
