Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, handling sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly, and providing proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Greek (C1 level) and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and local public holidays
  • The project operates from 09:00 to 18:00, 7 days a week, but you will work 5 days a week
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, tourism, or airline industries is preferred
