Business Development Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our team at HEINEKEN Kraków. This role requires a strong understanding of our operations, preferably at Group and OpCo level, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving results-oriented initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively and resolving conflicts.
  • Initiative Leadership: Drive results-oriented initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices across the organization, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • University or master's degree in business, financial, commercial, economical, or technical discipline.
  • 4-6 years of experience in business development and project management roles in an international environment, demonstrating change management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated multi-cultural experience through international work placements.
  • Seniority and stature to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
