Daily Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via telephone, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software/network problems
  • Rout issues to internal support groups and collaborate with vendors to obtain technical knowledge
  • Manage user access in various systems and utilize the Call Tracking System to document and resolve customer inquiries

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to convey complex information effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with capacity to adapt to new situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet browsers, antivirus software, and PC hardware
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and willingness to learn new processes and technologies

Requirements

  • Understanding of IT environments and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools
  • Language proficiency in English (minimum B1+) and Dutch at a minimum B2 level
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
