Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with outbound sales and lead generation
  • A highly structured approach to lead generation and management
  • A focus on strategy improvements and process optimisation
  • The ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Polish languages
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience in the energy industry and/or working with landowners in Poland
  • A good understanding of Polish geography
