Overview

At Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o., we are seeking an Advanced Customer Service Specialist to join our Global Service Desk team based in Warsaw.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, handling complex customer inquiries and issues, and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier two support on customer requests, inquiries, and/or questions through email, phone, or live chat.
  • Take ownership of resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business systems and processes within the GSD.
  • Contribute to process improvements and development.

Requirements

Fluent written and verbal skills in Dutch, German, and English.

Proven years of experience in senior customer support/service role.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
