Job Overview

Bruker, a leading analytical instrumentation company, is seeking a skilled Remote Service Engineer to join its Business Support Center in Warsaw, Poland.

The ideal candidate will provide technical support to customers worldwide, utilizing online tools, video conferencing, and remote control software. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer technical assistance to customers via remote channels
  • Support regional and global customer hotline with first-level technical support
  • Provide second-level technical support, including installations, spare parts replacement, diagnostics, and maintenance through remote tools
  • Collaborate with the sales team on technical inquiries and aftermarket sales
  • Establish regular customer contacts to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Backup field service and provide on-site customer support when required
  • Occasional business travel

Requirements

  • Degree in material science, physics, or engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience with high-voltage equipment
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent client service skills, customer-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Proficient IT skills and motivation to use video and online tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Material Science or Physics Education
  • English (C1 level) and one additional language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) beneficial
