About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as we expand into Poland. As a Sales Development Lead, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base in Warsaw and establishing Saltz as a trusted partner for top chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers in Warsaw's restaurant industry
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at top restaurants and food establishments
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality produce to customers

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish and excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
