Candidates should have experience in support roles and be comfortable with fixing unfamiliar issues across multiple technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Triage, prioritize, and resolve customer support inquiries
  • Collaborate with engineers to diagnose and solve customer issues
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction through database querying and scripting
  • Create user documentation for customers to learn our platform and resolve common issues
