HR Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Assistant to join our HR team at Unisystech Consulting Inc. This role is designed for someone with a strong interest in human resources and administration, who is eager to learn and contribute to the efficient management of HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. They will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, such as employee contracts, onboarding paperwork, and personnel files. Additionally, they will update and maintain employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), provide support in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. They will also assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events, support the resolution of employee issues and concerns, escalating to senior HR staff when necessary. Furthermore, they will ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and metrics, and help maintain HR documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
