We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Development Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth across multiple product lines.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients in industries such as telecommunications, retail, banking, healthcare, and logistics. You will need to present and pitch the full portfolio of Apifonica services, highlighting their business impact and value.
To succeed in this role, you will require a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing high-value deals, securing contracts that meet both client expectations and company objectives.
As a trusted advisor to clients, you will help them navigate communication challenges with tailored solutions from our diverse product suite.
Additionally, you will contribute to the company's product roadmap by providing feedback based on customer requirements and market trends.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in CRM software is also an essential aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth across multiple product lines
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients in industries such as telecommunications, retail, banking, healthcare, and logistics
- Present and pitch the full portfolio of Apifonica services, highlighting their business impact and value
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, securing contracts that meet both client expectations and company objectives
- Contribute to the company's product roadmap by providing feedback based on customer requirements and market trends
- At least 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with a strong background in selling telecommunications solutions such as SMS, VoIP, or CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service)
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including navigating complex procurement processes and customizing solutions to client needs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the enterprise market
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Established network of enterprise-level contacts in industries that heavily rely on telecom solutions, such as SMS and VoIP communication
