About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is focused on sales management of the Thomas product portfolio within the designated region, currently Eastern Europe (primarily targeting Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Turkey). The growth and development of new and existing business in this area is paramount in this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business across all customer segments, with a specific focus on OEMs, and covers all sectors of the targeted and applicable markets. The objective is to achieve agreed sales targets by working with the internal sales team to grow the business throughout the territory, engaging both existing and new customers.
This role involves selling the entire portfolio of Thomas products, services, systems, and solutions, as well as cross-selling synergistic products within the IR portfolio.
