Customer Service Specialist with Multilingual Expertise

Job Description:The primary objective of this role is to provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients. This involves managing inbound and outbound communications, serving as the primary point of contact, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve issues.
- Ensure smooth client communication by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Patient Services team members to provide essential administrative support and ensure seamless communication.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in French and English (written and spoken), and proficiency in German (a strong plus). Additionally, you should have relevant experience in customer service and a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
