Administrative Support Specialist

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR documents
• Update and maintain employee records in the HR information system (HRIS)
• Provide support in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Support the resolution of employee issues and concerns, escalating to senior HR staff when necessary
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and metrics
• Help maintain HR documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
